I miti delle farfalle

Conference and visit to the butterfly garden with Simone Siviero, guide for the Cottian Alps Parks. The names of butterflies (both Latin and common) often refer to gods and heroes from Greek mythology. During a theory lesson, we will try to describe the most common species of butterflies in the Alps and immerse ourselves in the myths evoked by their names. This will be followed by a visit to the Butterfly Garden: an opportunity to see them in real life and try to identify them. Hiking boots, seasonal clothing, water bottle and hat are required.
