Chiaro di Terra. We are made of earth, water, air, fire and space. Five elements that combine and dance to create a body that breathes, thinks, dreams, loves, is born and dies. The central theme of this creation is the vision of the Earth through the eyes of wonder. Chiaro di Terra is a triptych, the first of which is set to original music composed specifically for the choreography. Traditional canons are thus challenged: it is not the music that inspires the dance or is chosen according to choreographic requirements, but the choreography itself that inspires the music, which is created following the movements, the dynamics of the dancers and the choreographic narrative of the five elements.
Re-Action Integrated Dance Company is a non-profit integrated dance company based in Torino, where dancers with and without physical disabilities perform together, using the great expressive and communicative value of dance to overcome stereotypes, break down mental barriers and promote the integration of artists with disabilities into the artistic and cultural context of society.
