La Danza per Adulti

A course designed for all those who wish to immerse themselves in the world of ballet, whether they have already acquired previous training or are completely new to the discipline. No matter what your age or level of experience: the practice of ballet offers benefits for everyone, improving flexibility and muscle tone and helping to develop elegant posture and greater body awareness. And, above all, it allows you to have fun and express yourself through movement. Classes are conducted by Tiziana Spada, a teacher and choreographer with over 40 years’ experience at the Ballet Theatre of Turin school, who guides her students by teaching both classical technique and repertoire with passion.
