Lightning McQueen at the Museum

Twenty years after the release of Cars, Lightning McQueen arrives at MAUTO.

The most promising rookie in Piston Cup history takes centre stage in a special display in the Formula Room, alongside racing cars from the Museum’s collection.

An unexpected encounter between cinema, popular culture and automotive history, offering a different perspective on the fascination of racing and the place the automobile holds in our collective imagination.

Created in collaboration with Disney Italy, the display will be accompanied over the coming months by screenings, activities for adults and children, and initiatives dedicated to schools.
