The exhibition “Luca Campigotto. Wandering Europe”, curated by Walter Guadagnini, is a journey through contemporary Europe by one of the leading figures in landscape photography, who, through images of extraordinary visual intensity, captures the complexity of a continent in constant transformation, suspended between memory and the future, nature and human intervention, local identities and a shared history.

The exhibition marks a new chapter in the “La Grande Fotografia Italiana” series, conceived and curated by Roberto Koch, through which the Gallerie d’Italia in Turin pay tribute to the great masters of contemporary Italian photography. Following Lisetta Carmi (2022), Mimmo Jodice (2023), Antonio Biasiucci (2024) and Olivo Barbieri (2025), the project continues with Luca Campigotto, an artist who has built his artistic practice around the theme of travel, depicting cities, landscapes and territories through a perspective that is both contemplative and profoundly contemporary.
