The National Cinema Museum in Turin and Job Film Days 2025 are organising a tribute to Chinese director Wang Bing, one of the most influential voices in contemporary international cinema.
The day will begin at 5 p.m. with a masterclass led by the director of the National Cinema Museum, Carlo Chatrian, in conversation with the author to explore his artistic career, his working methods and his vision of cinema as a tool for investigating memory, work and human dignity (reservations at [email protected]).
At 7 p.m., the public will be able to attend the screening of Youth (Spring), presented at major international festivals, which tells the story of young migrants from rural China employed in textile factories in Zhili.
