Natura in Cava

The new Nature in the Quarry walks, led by environmental guides, lead to the discovery of the oasis, the quarry and the naturalistic soul of Munlab.

Four appointments are planned, from May to June, each dedicated to a specific theme:

- Saturday 17th May, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.: Secrets of life in the oasis - On the trail of the Munlab animals, dedicated to biodiversity on the trail of the animals living in the quarry, a unique and fascinating habitat that is home to numerous wild species

- Friday, 23rd May, 6-9 p.m.: Sounds and smells of the night - Plants by night, discovering the surprising nocturnal life of plants and their dynamic evolution, respiration, scents, vital activities, false myths and winter “sleep” told under the moon

- Friday 13th June, 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.: The wolf between reality and legends, a night-time walk exploring the most fascinating and mysterious characteristics of the animal that has always animated our imagination

- Saturday 14th June, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.: The avifauna of the Munlab Oasis, a walk to discover the characteristics of the birds living in the ecomuseum's renaturalised quarry.

Reservations required by 7 p.m. on the previous day.

In the event of rain, the walks will be cancelled.
