On the Queen's Roads. The origins of the modern car

The centrepiece of the event ‘Margherita. A Century of History’ is the exhibition "On the Queen's Roads. The origins of the modern car", scheduled from 5 March to 28 June 2026 in the Citroniera di Ponente, organised in collaboration with MAUTO, featuring eleven original cars from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, alongside nine historic carriages from the prestigious Nicolotti Furno private collection.

Margherita was a great motor enthusiast: she had a driving licence and owned a fleet of thirteen cars.
