Torino becomes a city-wide stage with Partita Aperta, a special contemporary dance project: for the first time, Torino’s leading dance companies - Fondazione Egri-CRID, Balletto Teatro di Torino, Mosaico Danza/Collettivo Lattea, Daniele Ninarello/Codeduomo, Coorpi, Fondazione TPE - are joining forces in a single artistic initiative coordinated by Eko Dance Project.
- Friday 23, 11am and 2pm - Palazzo Nuovo StudiumLab (with additional performances at the Politecnico): world premiere of Memories of a Mambo Hand by Fabio Liberti for Eko Dance Project, an inclusive creation inspired by the movements of people with disabilities, who are co-authors of the piece; 5.30pm - Galleria Umberto I: Moraine by Collettivo Lattea combines dance, music and visual arts to address climate change
- Saturday 24, 11am - Galleria Tamagno at the Regio Theatre: Play_Bach Divertissement by the Balletto Teatro di Torino, choreographed by Manfredi Perego; 11.30am: Play Room by EgriBianco, where the audience ‘plays’ with time, space and energy; 8.30pm - Le Roi Ballroom: party with BallaTorino and other groups, featuring a group dance session open to all dance styles
- Sunday 25, 12pm - Galleria Umberto I: literary aperitif with journalists and dance critics; 5pm - Astra Theatre: Closing gala featuring Eko Dance Project, BTT, EgriBianco, Daniele Ninarello, Martina Rota (MilanoOltre) and a revival of Jeux by Susanna Egri
