Renata Stoisa presents her seventh novel: 'Persone sbagliate'.
A former mathematics and science teacher, Renata presents her seventh novel, a tale that begins in 1960s Turin, the years of the economic boom, immigration from the south and trade union struggles. Angela is a seamstress, Bruno a mechanic. Belonging to working-class families, they have a dream: school - to go alongside work - for her, a business of their own for him. Enrico, on the other hand, belongs to the rich bourgeoisie. A university student, a protagonist of the student movement, radicalised to extremist positions. Angela, in love with him, tries to induce him to desist from his revolutionary ideas. The relationship between the two continues in a troubled manner. For Angela begins a period of waiting, sometimes distracted by the need to live, sometimes so intense that it obscures the present; finally the relationship breaks up and she marries Bruno. In 1996, Angela and Enrico's children meet in France, during Erasmus, and their friendship brings the three protagonists closer together.
