The Vertico Group presents Dimore d’Acaja, the restoration of a historic building dating from 1903 at 10 Via Principi d’Acaja, in Cit Turin, one of the neighbourhoods that epitomises Turin’s Art Nouveau era.
The property is being transformed into fifteen contemporary residences: on the ground floor, three private gardens with swimming pools – a rarity in the heart of Turin – flanked by terraces, an internal garage and ample scope for personalisation.
The project will be presented at an event structured as a journey from 1903 to 2027, unfolding across three narrative levels.
The first is the narrative of memory, recounting the history of the historic villa, the architectural heritage of the Cit Turin neighbourhood and the urban growth of the early 20th century. The second is the project narrative, which will present the planned transformation in concrete terms, bringing the building’s future to life through renderings, floor plans, materials and mood boards. The third is that of living, experiencing the new residential development and allowing visitors to imagine daily life within it or relaxation in the outdoor spaces.
All this will be accompanied by live music from Qart Events, with a trio comprising violin, cello and harp, which will set the right atmosphere for the evening.
