The traditional exhibition of nativity scenes from various parts of the world, organised by Famija Moncalereisa, returns to the historic centre of Moncalieri.
One hundred nativity scenes, from the smallest that can be held in the palm of your hand, to the largest ones such as the Piedmontese village of Monferrato or the mechanical-sound one with moving characters and light effects, or the one from the Krakow Museum depicting a large Polish basilica.
Some of the nativity scenes will also be on display in the rooms of Moncalieri Castle, in particular a large diorama nativity scene depicting the Roman bridge of Spoleto, created by Maestro Michelangelo Pulcioni and previously exhibited in Assisi, a 19th-century nativity scene called “Savoia” donated to Famija Moncalereisa by collector Liliana Novo, and others.
