After the National Tripe Fair, the second weekend of Gusto Festival is dedicated to other typical flavors of Piedmont with the Pro Loco Days.
Friday the 9th, 8:00 PM: Grand Gala of Mixed Fry - chestnut flan with fondue, Piedmont-style mixed fry, panna cotta.
On Saturday, the Festival will also be in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II to welcome the world of producers thanks to the Slow Food Earth Market with its carefully selected local specialties.
On Saturday and Sunday, the PalaExpo hosts sixteen Pro Loco from all over Piedmont.
