From 6 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, the Accorsi-Ometto Foundation pays tribute to Roberto Capucci and the women who inspired his creative genius.
The exhibition invites the public to embark on a surprising journey in which the dress offers a tangible interpretation of the eternal concept of beauty.
The undisputed stars of the exhibition are extraordinary women from the worlds of aristocracy, culture, art and science.
To mark the exhibition, loyal patrons of Capucci’s art – including the Duchess Maria Luisa Gaetani dell’Acquila d’Aragona, Marisa Nasi, Valentina and Violetta Nasi, and Clementina Marini Clarelli – have made part of their personal wardrobes available. Alongside them are actresses of great charm and personality, such as Silvana Pampanini, Lucia Bosè, Catherine Spaak and Valentina Cortese; distinguished opera singers, foremost among them Rajna Kabaivanska and Katia Ricciarelli; and one of the most brilliant minds of the twentieth century, Rita Levi Montalcini.
