After the first three weekends of Gusto Festival at PalaExpo, the event opens its doors in Moncalieri and spreads throughout the city.
On Saturday and Sunday, a selection of restaurants offers fixed-price full menus dedicated to local specialties: the same products featured in the previous weeks, here interpreted by each chef according to their own style of cooking.
