The third last Sunday of Carnival is characterised by numerous unmissable moments that anticipate the climax of Carnival. There will be the Fagiolate di Bellavista and San Giovanni; the handover of the Book of Minutes from the Grand Chancellor to the Substitute; the Prise du Drapeau; the Raising of the Abbà with a parade of the Historical Procession, the ancient ceremony of nomination and presentation to the city of the parish representatives within the Carnival, one of the most heartfelt appointments for the people of Ivrea.
