The Bronze Age water settlements are among the most characteristic and peculiar in the history of ancient Piedmont. The exhibition dossier offers a focus on the life of these areas in the western Alps, bearing witness to prehistoric communities active from the Neolithic to the Iron Age (between 5000 and 500 B.C., with a particular focus on the period between the 2nd and 1st millennium B.C.) and showing the use of land and sea resources in relation to the ecosystem of reference.
