The exhibition dedicated to Greek film director, screenwriter and producer Yorgos Lanthimos reveals a lesser-known but equally exciting aspect of his creative genius: an extensive photographic output characterised by a disturbing and conceptual gaze.
The works on display are drawn from the creative atmosphere surrounding two famous recent films: Poor Things (2023) and Kinds of Kindness (2024), mixing suggestions from the main scenes of the films with other shots that arise in that context and explore the dimension of isolation in today's relationships, the body and space as a psychological theatre.
