We will start from Lago Piccolo di Avigliana, nestled in the Avigliana Lakes Natural Park: a suggestive body of water, surrounded by reeds, lowland woods and animated by a rich biodiversity. From here we will begin a circular hiking walk, which will take us along the paths of the morainic hill, a ridge shaped by glaciers of the Quaternary era, among chestnut, oak and birch woods, panoramic views of the Val di Susa and Val Sangone
The ascent will culminate on Moncuni, a gentle but panoramic peak at 1,100 m above sea level from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the lakes below, the Sacra di San Michele and the surrounding Alpine peaks.
From Moncuni we will reach Cantina Rhea, a local winery surrounded by greenery, which works in harmony with the territory by cultivating native vines and enhancing the mineral-rich morainic soils.
Here we will be welcomed by the producers for a visit to the cellar and a guided tasting of 4 selected wines, a sincere expression of this corner of Piedmont. In combination, a local cuisine with small traditional preparations will be proposed.
An opportunity to discover a landscape suspended between plains and mountains, and let yourself be guided on a sensory journey through forest aromas, genuine flavors and stories of native viticulture.
