DISCOVER From the Egyptians to the Middle Ages, from the first juniper liqueur of the Renaissance to the Rosoli of Turin. Sandalwood, Mace, Ireos, Rosa Moscata: a journey around the world among unknown spices. Who were Alessio Piemontese and Isabella Cortese? You will discover the first distillers of Italian gin.
TASTE 12 Aromatic Plants, 2 Italian Gins, 1 Pure distillate of Juniper, Ginger and Pomelo. Each participant tastes and chooses their favorite ingredients to create their own secret recipe.
CREATE Pure juniper distillate, Professional spirits, Lemon, Italian tonic water. Droppers and funnels will be among the tools of the activity at the end of which each participant will take home his or her own small bottle of Gin with personalized label.
The workshop concludes with the guided preparation of a Gin tonic.
