Bagna caoda

Bagna C Aoda

Litterally means hot sauce made of garlic, anchovies and olive oil.
Garlic is the most important ingredient of the bagna caoda: it may be reduced in quantity but by no means eliminated. The "purists" insist on one head per person, but 4/5 cloves can be enough.
The bagna caoda is served with fall vegetables to be dipped in the sauce.
