Ballesio Cioccolato is a craft laboratory that passes on the oldest traditions of Piedmontese master chocolate makers with great passion.
First and foremost is the production of the authentic Giandujotto, the one cut and wrapped by hand, made with the same ingredients and the same shape it had in the 19th century when it was created.
Giandujotto is flanked by other chocolate delicacies produced using processing techniques and raw materials typical of the region, such as bars with whole IGP hazelnuts, peppermint from Piedmont, and cocoa and gianduja spreads with no added palm oil.
