Since 20 years the School defends the pinerolese’s viticulture and oenology renewal as well as the enhancing of local ancient species by assisting technically in the vineyards and experimenting new techniques of vinification. The School manage vineyards in the following towns : Bibiana, Bricherasio, Prarostino, Campiglione, Bagnolo and Cavour. The products are still white, red and passito wines as well as sparkling wines in classical method of vinification.
