Founded in 2016, it is the only winery of Rivoli’s municipality, cradle of the prestigious grape Nebbiolo. The most ancient written evidence of the cultivation of the « Nibiol » is certified at Castellania of Rivoli in 1266. 750 years later reborn the tradition with new plants of Baratuciat, local strain of white berry, and of Dolcetto. The company manages also grapes of Barbera in the Pinerolose and a parcel in mountain, at Borgone di Susa.
