On Saturday 6 June, discover the Chieri area with a picturesque circular walk through the Chieri countryside, taking in the natural surroundings and historic villas.
Starting from Chieri, the route crosses the Chieri countryside until it reaches Villa Passatempo, which will be open exceptionally for a guided tour of the centuries-old park and the elegantly decorated interiors of the neoclassical residence. A special admission rate is available for walk participants: €5 instead of €10, with refreshments available at the outdoor kiosk.
The walk then continues towards the Meandro San Felice, a charming natural area shaped by the ancient course of the paleo-Po, amidst river deposits and rural landscapes, as far as the Rio Vajors and the Agricampus del Cammino, where a packed lunch break is planned amidst the cherry trees.
The return journey follows a section of the Cammino di Don Bosco, passing by some historic hilltop residences such as Villa Moglia, Villa Luigina and Villa Brea.
The perfect experience for those who enjoy a leisurely stroll through nature, history and beauty.
