The Rivalba Truffle

Rivalba is famous for its precious white truffle, a true gem of our hills.
During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the secrets of this “diamond of the earth” and enjoy traditional dishes prepared for the Rivalba Truffle Festival, one of the most beloved autumn celebrations in the region.

The Territory

The route winds through the soft hills of Lower Monferrato, passing vineyards, hazelnut groves, and charming medieval villages with breathtaking views over the Turin plain.
Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll explore scenic trails linking Rivalba, Cinzano, Sciolze, and Casalborgone, with panoramic stops and gourmet tastings along the way.

09:30 – Check-in and event pack collection at the main square of the Rivalba Truffle Festival (TO)
10:00 – Official start of the Truffle Rando Tour
13:30–14:00 (approx.) – Return to Rivalba and convivial truffle-themed lunch at the festival area
