Hi, I'm Simona, I am an Environmental Hiking Guide with a great passion for nature, mountains, trekking, mountain biking and alpine skiing (in winter I am a ski instructor). I work in the area around Sestriere, in the Olympic Mountains and in the high Valchisone and Valsusa. I'd like to accompany you in complete safety to discover spectacular landscapes and natural environments. To get you to know, appreciate and learn more about the alpine world. I will tell you about the history and traditions of my valleys... including the culinary part! I have planned some walks with tastings, during which we will be welcomed by local people in mountain huts or farmhouses to sample the delicious local products. And when the snow covers the meadows, it will be my pleasure to accompany you on snowshoe walks to enjoy magical sunsets and end the day in a typical mountain hut sipping a glass of mulled wine! The idea is simple: a great desire to walk, learn and relax in nature! I will offer a programme of itineraries to suit everyone: from the more 'adventurous' who aim for the summit, to those who love to walk without haste in order to better appreciate the environment and learn about traditions. I am also available to organise excursions with itineraries other than those proposed on request. I look forward to walking with you!
