The English-style park, dating back to 1910, has retained its characteristic pond, large trees and small clearings with bushes.
Today, the path winds through 26 flowerbeds where over 160 hydrangeas of 75 varieties bloom.
Each one marks a stage in their spread across Europe, originating in North America, China and Japan, and introduced in the mid-18th century by “plant hunters”.
