Not a traditional park, but something similar to a huge open-air art installation. Inside the park, in addition to a new bridge over the Dora, a large covered square has been built - 300 meters long and 45 meters wide, with 30 meters high steel pillars.
The 12,000 square meter space hosts concerts, markets, events and sporting events, and has been built in the Vitali area, where once there was a strip steel mill.

A 456,000 m² post-industrial park created from the decommissioned sites of the large Fiat and Michelin production plants that operated until the 1990s near the Dora river.
The preserved industrial pre-existences are an essential part of the landscape: these include the cooling tower, the chimney-belfry next to the futuristic Santo Volto church and the covered square under the roof of the old steelworks, which now hosts sports activities and major city events.
