La Taverna dell'Oca is a warm and welcoming restaurant located in the center of Turin in an area particularly rich in history and art.
Oriented toward Piedmontese cuisine and typical products from the province of Turin, the restaurant offers dishes that draw on the seasonality of the products of the land, using raw materials that are selected from the countryside and valleys surrounding the city.
Hams, cured meats and cheeses are an integral part of the menu and are presented in the dining room where customers can view the quality of the product and follow the composition of the cutting board that they will later taste accompanied by farmhouse butter, mostarde and cugnà.
Another reason for interest that is a tradition of our restaurant, is the Goose (from which the name of the restaurant derives), to which a menu is entirely dedicated, so that the sweet tooth can enjoy all the variations to which the palmiped lends itself in the culinary art.
