The Strada del Barolo producers offer wine lovers a high-level tasting in the elegant halls of Palazzo Barolo, the residence of the last Marquises of Barolo, Carlo Tancredi Falletti and Giulia Colbert, to whose foresight and modernity is due to a large part of the fame and fortune of Barolo wine.
Participants will be guided on a journey to discover the ‘King of Wines’, in cru tastings and different vintages, accompanied by tastings of excellent food products offered by companies associated with the Strada del Barolo and great wines of the Langa.
The event is organised in two rounds, preceded by tasting lounges with producers as protagonists, who will deal with themes linked to the history and current affairs of Barolo, proposing a particularly representative wine from their cellars, not present in the main tasting.
The salons will be directed by Francesco Quarna, DJ and winemaker, passionate about wine-growing and food and wine, host of the podcast ‘Deejay Wine Club’ and ‘Summer Camp’ live on Radio Deejay.
