The event Claudio Nardocci’s Amatriciana is a highly appreciated culinary tradition in Caselle Torinese.
The event first took place on January 29, 2017, when Claudio Nardocci, then the national president of UNPLI, accepted the invitation to cook Amatriciana for a select group of participants.
For the 2025 edition, given the growing demand, the Pro Loco organizes two sessions: a dinner on Saturday, 8 and a lunch on Sunday, February 9.
The event is a unique opportunity to savour an iconic dish prepared by a master of Italian culinary tradition.
