Once again this year, Messer Tulipano came to the city to plant more than 3,000 bulbs, destined to colour the flowerbeds in Piazza Emanuele Filiberto with their multicoloured petals: the beating heart of the Quadrilatero Romano, where the urban vegetable garden has been changing the face of this corner of old Turin, between the Consolata and Porta Palazzo.
Among the novelties for this new urban flowering season, the first among all is the first edition of the TULIP FESTIVAL in the city organised by the restaurants in Piazza Emanuele Filiberto: it will be possible to enjoy rich aperitifs, tasty appetisers and dinners under the stars in the dehors surrounded by the tulip blossom.
