The Ecomuseo Anfiteatro Morenico Ivrea is promoting the exhibition L’Oro dell’Anfiteatro Morenico di Ivrea at the Bollo-Ghirardo Library, dedicated to the river gold deposits in the area. The exhibition aims to present visitors with: the origin of the various deposits in relation to the geological characteristics of the area, the various types of mines used, the evidence currently observable on the ground and a historical summary of the phenomenon.
