Grown in the fertile land along the banks of the Dora Riparia, the yellow onion is distinguished by its characteristic flattened shape and an exceptionally sweet and delicate flavour. Still cultivated today on a small scale by a handful of dedicated farmers who act as its guardians, it represents a true treasure of Piedmont’s biodiversity.

The undisputed star of this event will be on display and available for purchase. In addition to local producers, there will be stalls featuring products from Slow Food Presidia, Masters of Taste and producers from the Susa Valley.

Food stalls ready to delight your taste buds with traditional onion-based dishes, with live cooking demonstrations so you can watch them being prepared

The special Welcome Tour dedicated to the Drubiaglio Blonde Onion is back again this year, organised in collaboration with Turismo Torino e Provincia.
