A two-week research process aimed at taking stock of the journey developed within FLIC, seeking harmony between the mind - tangled, full of emotions and urgent things to express - and the body, filled with energy and technique to bring onto the stage. Often these two dimensions do not align, and we struggle to translate our inner world into movement. So it is time to work, pushing personal limits along unexpected paths, while trying to maintain a humble honesty towards one’s own essence.
