The exhibition pays tribute to Rosanna Rossi, a woman and artist from Cagliari who embarked on a long journey of existential and aesthetic choices, a journey undertaken by someone who was aware of working with sincere devotion in the field of contemporary art, a journey studded with works that follow one another and reinforce each other in their evolutionary coherence.

Others before Rosanna Rossi, such as Carol Rama and Maria Lai, have faced the arduous path of sincere research and total devotion to their work with the same courage, making it a life choice that goes beyond mere occupation.

Her artistic research is oriented towards abstraction, interacting naturalistic reminiscences in the use of colour with informal sign connotations.
Her works constantly oscillate between a constructive order of concrete ancestry and the material-expressive solutions of neo-informal abstraction. In parallel with her pictorial language, she identifies new expressive possibilities obtained with poor, found materials, used in different ways, bypassing tradition.
