Terra Madre - Salone del Gusto 2026

To rediscover a new alliance between human beings and nature, based on relationship and not on overpowering, starting with food, which represents culture, sharing, pleasure, but which is also the most powerful element that brings us back to the earth, to the soil, to water. This is the call that will be answered by the public attending Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026, in Torino, Parco Dora, from 24 to 28 September.

Terra Madre also takes its message elsewhere, throughout the city of Torino, with the OFF programme, many opportunities to learn more about Torino and the theme of our relationship with nature thanks to parties, book presentations, meetings, dinners, exhibitions, guided tours and much more!

Moreover, as always, Terra Madre Salone del Gusto will be preceded by a rich programme of initiatives all over Italy and the world, which will become part of the official calendar of THE ROAD TO TERRA MADRE.
