Genepi Occitan is a precious liqueur made from some varieties of Artemisia - now a protected botanical species, also known as 'Genepi' - that grow wild at high altitudes, between granite rocks and glacier moraines.
Of the many varieties whose cultivation has been tested, only the Artemisia mutellina has proved strong enough to withstand the many natural difficulties.
