On his journey from southern to northern Italy, Chef Cannavacciuolo found a second home in Piedmont, a cradle of new flavours and great professional achievements.
It is precisely for this reason that he and his wife, Cinzia Primatesta, chose to pay tribute to this region by bringing his innovative and authentic cuisine to Turin, opening an elegant bistro in 2017, which soon became a landmark on the Turin gastronomic scene.
