La Cloche 1967 is more than a restaurant: it is a family story that began in Turin in 1967, when Pasquale and Rosa Bello opened a small eatery at the bottom of the Superga hill. A few tables, heartfelt hospitality, and the authentic flavours of Monferrato gave life to a place where every guest felt “at home.” The name “La Cloche” was suggested by family friend Armando Testa, who also designed the famous bell logo, still iconic symbol of the restaurant to today.

Since then, three generations have carried on the same passion: Pinuccia, Tina and Carlo, followed by their children Riccardo and Alberto, who today bring fresh energy to this legacy. History is told through the guestbooks, the photographs on the walls, the acknowledgements like the mention in the Michelin Guide 2005, and countless loyal guests, who have found here a reference point through the years.

Today, La Cloche 1967 looks to the future while embracing its roots. The kitchen offers Italian dishes reimagined with contemporary techniques, locally sourced ingredients, and a strong focus on seasonality. The menu changes with the seasons: creative starters reflecting the freshness of land and sea, handmade pastas, and mains featuring ethically sourced meats. Slow cooking, delicate emulsions, and carefully balanced textures create a reflective, sensory cuisine.

The wine cellar is lovingly curated, pairing every dish with unique stories. The dining room preserves its warm 1970s welcoming atmosphere with wood details and soft lighting, offering refined service that makes every guest feel at home, even in a gourmet setting.

La Cloche 1967 is the memory of a story nearly sixty years in the making and, at the same time, a promise of new emotions: tradition and innovation ringing in harmony, like a bell that never stops telling its tale.
