This restaurant, located in the charming "Borgo Po" neighborhood and overlooking the temple of the Gran Madre, is one of the longest-running establishments in both age and tradition in the city (1820). The cuisine is classic Torinese, with selected meats from the Fassone Piemontese breed and Bue Grasso di Carrù. Here you can find the trolley of boiled meats, Finanziera, braised beef in Barolo wine and the sought-after Sambucano lamb; depending on the season asparagus, porcini mushrooms and Alba truffles dominate the menu. Fresh pasta is strictly "homemade," desserts are made daily and fruit in syrup is prepared in-house. The restaurant provides its customers with a well-stocked and assorted wine cellar with more than 600 national and international wine labels with a focus on regional offerings. The classic and elegant environment is divided into 3 cozy rooms. For the summer, the restaurant is equipped with air conditioning and it is always possible to dine outdoors in the small but charming dehors.
