Intesa Sanpaolo opens to the public from 11 September to 7 October 2025 at the Gallerie d'Italia  the new exhibition "ERIK KESSELS. UN’IMMAGINE" (ERIK KESSELS. AN IMAGE), the latest work by Dutch visual artist Erik Kessels

In the early 1960s, Bruno Barbey, a photography student in Switzerland, escaped the boredom of lessons by wandering off to Italy and practising photography in the field.

The project aims to illustrate the contemporary nature, multidisciplinarity and visionary scope of Fernand Léger's work.

Inside the museum ‘La Botega del Frér’ there is a photographic exhibition entitled ‘Censin and his Workshop’ on the traditional activity of the blacksmith, which presents a collection of historical images documenting the work of the village blacksmith. 

Two days a year, over a thousand square metres of exhibition space for original creations made with the legendary bricks. Vehicles, characters, dioramas of all kinds: the wonderful creations of our exhibitors from all over Italy
