The Circo in Pillole internship programme is an important part of FLIC, a historic format that for 23 years has allowed students to engage with the stage and the public through an original creation, the result of an intensive internship led by professional directors.
This work is an exploration of the organic union of circus and words, expressing the intimate and political conflicts that agitate this generation.
Ilaria Senter trained at the FLIC and Le Lido circus schools, studied theatre and clowning, trained in dramaturgy, co-founded the BettiCombo company and participated in the 35th Festival Mondial du Cirque du Demain.
Mikel Ayala, originally from Bilbao, studied object manipulation, co-founded the Subliminati Corporation, studied text theatre and the technique of the buffoon, object theatre, puppetry and nouvelle magie scenography. He works as a juggling and Feldenkrais teacher in European professional circus schools.
