A new season of shows bringing some of the most beloved stars of the Italian theatre scene to the stage.
Six events in a journey through comedy, social commitment and poetry, confirming the mission of always: to bring quality theatre even to a small town in the lower Susa Valley, where culture becomes an opportunity for the whole community to meet and grow.
Roberto Mercadini opens the season with Animali Umani (Human Animals) (24 January), a poetic and profound tale about the contradictions of our age. This is followed by the puppet theatre of the Teatro Strappato group with Terra e Polvere (Earth and Dust) (6 February) and the intelligent comedy of Debora Villa in Viva le Donne (Long Live Women) (21 February).
On 1 March, Matthias Martelli brings his Mistero Buffo to the stage, a powerful and highly topical tribute to Dario Fo, 100 years after his birth.
On 27 March, Carlo Decio plays all the characters in Otello Pop Tragedy, while on 9 April it is the turn of Ascanio Celestini with Radio Clandestina, a show about the massacre of the Fosse Ardeatine that weaves together collective memory and theatrical storytelling like few others.
