For the first time, you can admire the spectacle of cherry blossoms in the Royal Palace Gardens even in the evening: an immersive and evocative experience, inspired by the Japanese tradition of Yozakura (夜桜) - the night-time contemplation of cherry blossoms - to experience the magic of flowering in a new and surprising atmosphere.
The hundred cherry trees in bloom will be illuminated by as many lights, transforming the Gardens and creating a completely new experience.
It will thus be possible to enjoy the cherry trees throughout the day, moving from the natural light of day with the event All'ombra dei ciliegi in fiore (In the shade of cherry blossoms) to the enchanted atmosphere of night-time illumination.
To enrich the evening event, in collaboration with the MAO-Museum of Oriental Art in Turin, events inspired by Japanese cultural tradition will be offered during the first weekend of flowering, reinterpreted in a contemporary key and harmoniously integrated into the context of the Royal Palace Gardens.
Admission to the event will be limited: for evening and cumulative (daytime + evening) tickets, as the dates of flowering are not yet defined, 3,000 open tickets will be available from 6 February, valid for access on any of the scheduled dates. Tickets with specific dates will go on sale as soon as the flowering calendar can be defined with certainty.
