Cesana is located in upper Val Susa and Sansicario, a village that is part of it, is situated in the centre of the large and modern ski area of the Vialattea. Not far away, in the Pariol area, thanks to the legacy of the 2006 Torino Olympics the area still hosts international luge, skeleton and bobsleigh competitions in its ultramodern facility. Created as a multifunctional building to serve the Olympic competitions, the Olympic Centre is presented today as a three-star hotel. It is complete with 64 rooms sleeping a total of 189 people and includes study halls, meeting rooms, offices, workshops for education on skiing and on the mountains and a panoramic restaurant. During the summer period the location enables long walks and mountain bike activities and in wintertime to reach on foot the ski-lift facilities and the bobsleigh slope of Cesana Pariol.
