The exhibition, curated by Elisabetta Sgarbi, presents 64 ink drawings that Francesco Tullio Altan made in the early 1970s in Rio de Janeiro with animal and human subjects.
A new ark of animated beings, juxtaposing flying feathers, horned bipeds and beautiful, strong-willed women in a world where the human and the bestial meet.
The works are inspired by the strokes of Dürer as well as the inventions of Bosch and Goya.
