Sustainability, the circular economy, and the recovery and promotion of local produce are the key themes of this final event. Through a guided journey through authentic flavours, the contribution of the women who work every day to build more resilient, responsible and environmentally conscious agricultural models will be highlighted. This tasting symbolically brings to a close the journey that began with the stewardship of the land and continued with transformation and innovation, highlighting the ability of women in agricultural entrepreneurship to create not only economic value, but also social and environmental value.
