From 5 to 8 December 2025, Bardomont, an event dedicated to mountains, sport and wellbeing, will take place at the Palazzo delle Feste and Palazzetto dello Sport in Bardonecchia. The full programme can be found at the bottom of the page.
It kicks off on Friday 5 December with a morning dedicated to schools: workshops, group activities and special guests, including glaciologist Giovanni Mortara (CNR) and artist and musician Sergio Maggioni, who will talk to young people and actively engage them on a topic that is crucial for their future and for the planet: climate change. The evening will be lit up by Nicolas Favresse, one of the most accomplished and creative climbers on the international scene, who will present his film Riders on the Storm.
On Saturday 6 December, the Palazzetto dello Sport will become the beating heart of wellbeing with a yoga and energy session led by Virginia Pareto, followed by the workshop La Paura di Cadere (The Fear of Falling) with free climber and mental coach Marta Carminati. In the afternoon, there will be climbing activities for younger visitors at the “Il Cubo” climbing wall.
From 6 to 7 December, the Palazzo delle Feste will host the Workshops of Taste: two days of tastings, meetings with producers and aperitifs dedicated to the flavours of the territory with the participation of Franco Ugetti, Giancarlo Martina, Longoni Mattia, the Azienda Agricola il Girasole, Alessia Micai, Erika Coletto, Andrea Ghione, Paolo Paglussa ‘Ussa’ and Cristina Bruno. (Activities are subject to a fee and must be booked at the Bardonecchia Tourist Office).
From 6 to 8 December, the Sala Viglione will become the stage for great mountain stories told by distinguished guests such as Paralympic athlete Andrea Lanfri, mountain guide François Cazzanelli, skiing legends Piero Gros, Gino Senigagliesi, Dario Borsotti, Fabio De Crignis and new talents Ilaria Veronese (Italian ski mountaineering champion) and Ian Matteoli (Italian snowboard champion).
Bardomont will conclude on Sunday 8 December with an unmissable literary meeting with Franco Faggiani and Irene Borgna and the presentation of the Bardomont chocolate dedicated to the Festival by Andrea and Davide Ugetti.
